Costs:
The registration fee for this conference is $150 and covers food and drinks, including meals and coffee/snack breaks as well, while defraying the administrative cost of organizing the event and subsidizing fellowships for our young participants. Thank you. (Friday's welcome luncheon also covered.)
A LIDINE2015 formal banquet will be held on August 29 which will entail a separate $50 banquet fee. Lastly, the conference hotel is $111 per night.

Our proceedings will be published in the proceedings section of the Journal of Instrumentation (JINST, http://jinst.sissa.it/jinst/). This offers us a fast, peer-reviewed publication of the proceedings with an easy referencing possibility. Further details regarding the publication of the proceedings will be forthcoming shortly. Submission opens Sept. 1 and deadline is Nov. 1, 2015.
